Fletcher represents businesses and individuals in a wide range of federal and state litigation, including
appellate litigation. His experience includes high-profile cases focused on issues of commercial, patent,
constitutional and criminal law at all levels of state and federal court, including the U.S. Supreme Court.
He is admitted to the Massachusetts Bar and is currently seeking admission to the North Carolina State
Bar.
Fletcher earned his bachelor’s degree from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his juris
doctorate from Harvard Law School, where he was a member of the Harvard Law Review. He served as a
law clerk to Judge Michael Boudin of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
