1. RETREAT – Broadly defined. 2. LIFE PRACTICE – A.S.I.A., For each Practice Day: a. ANALYZE – What’s going on with you, what does your day hold? b. STRATEGIZE – What techniques can you choose, what’s the mode: Formal, Informal, Drop (?), Micro Hits, Situation, Duration, Motion, etc. c. INSPIRE – Goes to motivation... “Make practice inspiring rather than onerous.” d. ASSESS – Assess how the day went with regard to practice. Does this leave you with a jumping off point for the following day? What did you learn that you can apply or possibly not apply another time? 3. SUPPORT – Pier to Pier...... Teacher to Pier, etc. 4. GIVE SUPPORT – In what ways can you support your fellow meditator?
