The calorie count is pretty close for all three meals. All the meals except Mcdonalds exceed the total fat recommendation. All
A Healthier Meal the meals are far below in both cholesterol and dietary fiber. Wendy's seems to be the most excessive meal when considering
Sodium, carbs, and protein. Mcdonalds has most of the lowest numbers across the board but you would still need to
supplement your diet with fruits and vegetables to get adequate fiber and vitamins.
