A. UNDERSTANDING SURGERY

Surgery is an action or activity to prepare patients who will undergo surgical

procedures both physical and spiritual preparedness and equipment to be used during surgery.

B. THE PURPOSE OF SURGERY

1. Preparing patients to cooperate

2. Prevent the occurrence of infections and complications

3. Help smooth surgery

4. Reduce the risk of injury or the occurrence of unwanted events

C. PREPARATION BEFORE SURGERY

1. Fasting before surgery

2. Preoperative medical examination

3. Do not carry or use any accessories

4. Bring a comfortable change of clothes

5. Ask for support from nearby people

D. PROCEDURES

Tools preparation :

1. Hairdressers and hair scissors

2. Crooked

3. Soap

4. Waslap

5. Towels

6. Medical devices and medicines according to doctor's program and type of surgery

8. Form of Operating Permit and Investigation

9. The blood stock

Management:

1. Patient / family is given an explanation of the action to be performed

2. Tell the patient to be satisfied

3. Shave the area to be european

4. Install NGT, catheter according to the program

5. The patient / family approves and signs the operation permit

6. Checking the completeness of medical documents / treatment, the results of

investigation, license operation

7. Changing patient clothes and installing mitella / headgear

8. Measuring: Tension, pulse, temperature, breathing, level of consciousness,

Incoming / outgoing liquid.

9. Check the completeness of medical devices and medicines and blood needed for

surgery

10. Take the patient to the surgical room when the equipment, the attendant and the

surgical room are ready.

11. The equipment is cleaned, cleaned and returned to its original place.
