UPON CONSIDERATION of the Parties’ Agreement, it is hereby ORDERED, this 23rd day of
October, 2018, by the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana, that:

felidae listed as Endangered or Threatened under the Endangered Species Act (“ESA”), 16
(2) Defendants shall be permanently ENJOINED from declawing any Exotic Cat, or
otherwise engaging in any procedure in which an Exotic Cat’s digits are amputated at the last joint.
(3) Declawing Exotic Cats without medical necessity is a violation of the ESA.
(4) Defendants admit that they performed medically unnecessary declawing procedures
(5) Defendants desire to settle and compromise this case by the entry of this order.

(6) Defendants shall cooperate and assist Plaintiff as needed, in order to permit Plaintiff
to confirm that Defendants are acting in compliance with this Order and the Parties’ Release and
Settlement Agreement.
(7) In the event that this Court determines that Defendants have failed to comply with
this Order, Plaintiffs shall be entitled to recovery of its damages, attorneys’ fees, and costs in
