 Users Types:

o RTA or Admin

o Vendor or calibration vendor

 Certificates are defined on the system level, and each certificate is on some
vehicle categories and on some services for each category

 Schedule is for each VTC

 Permanent schedule: VTC can have only one Permanent schedule

 Temporary schedules: VTC can have no, one or more Temporary schedules,
but each one is within the Permanent schedule, and these Temporary schedules
shouldn’t be intersected.

 UTS : is the traffic system in the Emirates rather than Dubai
