    CERTIFICATION

    This is to certify that the old and tall acacia tree located within the lot of Sps
    ANTONIO A. CAFIRMA and VIRGNIA B. CAFIRMA poses hazards/danger to their
    family's lives and limbs, to their house and to neighbor's house and the adjacent
    palay farm.

    Presently, the acacia tree trunk and large broken branches have rotten cavities
    inside making them susceptible to cracking and toppling during during strong
    winds and typhoons.

    Furthermore, its fallen leaves have caused damages to roofs and gutters due to
    rusts. Likewise, palay growth was affected due to shading.

    Hence, this CERTIFICATION is issued to Sps Antonio & Virginia Cafirma for the
    purpose of securing CUTTING PERMIT from concerned government agency/ies.
