Reports To:

Job Summary:
Responsible for sales and marketing activities within the practice and outside the practice.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


1. Obtain new referring physician accounts.
2. Maintain existing referring physician accounts.
3. Promote the center in an ethical and professional matter.
4. Provide physicians and support staff with service excellence.
5. Follow-up on special request from physicians.
6. Assure timely delivery of films and/or reports.
7. Conduct meetings and presentations for new and existing accounts.
8. Design script pads, brochures, etc., and maintain stock on each item; assemble marketing kits.
9. Send thank-you notes to physicians for recent referrals;
10. Write apology notes to inconvenienced patients.
11. Written acknowledgments notices of re-location of physician offices.
12. Participate in medical and chiropractic societies.
13. Develop and maintain referral database.
14. Adhere to OIG guidelines for marketing physicians.
15. Participate in Quality Assurance Meetings.
16. All other duties assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:


1. High School graduate; some college preferred.
2. Prior experience in an office/clerical skill
3. Prior management experience preferred.
4. Prior medical or health care experience preferred.
