Non-standard Discrete jobs:

The non-standard discrete job can be performed when any rework /upgrade/services required for an
Finished assembly.

Let us consider an assembly of 2 units which is done with manufacturing process, out of which one is
sent to Nettable sub inventory, Whereas the other rejected and sent to Non-nettable
subinventory(rework is needed for this operation).

Let us see how the process has to be done:

Assembly-FG-52 Is completed and obtained 2 quantities and out of it .

While completing the Assemblies the completed 1 quantity in to Nettable sub-inventory and other
quantity which is need of rework should be sent to non-nettable subinventory.

PERFORMING NON-DISCRETE JOB FOR THE ASSEMBLY WHICH REQUIRED THE REWORK OPERTION

Create alternate routing for the assembly and bill

Define a non-discrete job for the assembly.

Now we have to the assembly which is in non-nettable sub-inventory using material requirement
window.

Navigatejob/schedule detailsmaterial requirements

After performing the Material issue perform the Move transactions and Complete transactions to send
the reworked Assembly to the Nettable-Subinventory
