Victoria, Laguna by these presents, do hereby APPOINT, NAME and
CONSTITUTE, M E R I A M G R A N A D A - M U E Ñ O , m a r r i e d , o f
legal age, Filipino and a resident of Poblacion, Nueva
V a l e n c i a , G u i m a r a s as my true and lawful ATTORNEY-IN-FACT to act
for me and in my name and stead and to perform the following acts:

1. To represent the Principal before any courts, quasi-judicial

bodies, government institutions and other offices to protect and
preserve my interest in relation to: Katibayan ng Orihinal na
Titulo Blg. F6-3088 LOT NO. 369, GSS-063033-000024
located at Nueva Valencia, Guimaras;

2. To sign any pleading and other necessary documents to protect

the interest of the Principal over the above-mentioned property;

3. To represent the Principal during the Pre-trial, Preliminary

Conference, Mediations, or Judicial Dispute Resolution
involving the said case and in all stages of the proceedings of the
case filed or defended with full authority to enter into an
amicable settlement under such terms as are just and favorable
to the principals.

HEREBY GRANTING unto my said ATTORNEY-IN-FACT full power

and authority to execute and perform all and every act necessary or requisite to
carry into effect the foregoing authority as fully to all intents and purposes as we
might or could lawfully do if personally present, and hereby APPROVING and
CONFIRMING all that my said ATTORNEY-IN-FACT or her substitute shall
lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof.
