Who says public service is a thankless job?

One of the deepest secrets of life is that all that is really worth doing is what we do for others.
The Department of Energy Consumer Welfare and Promotion Office found this famous quotation of
Lewis Carroll absolutely true and challenging. The Office has never thought that it could create such an
unfathomable impression to its clients by the way it handles, assists, and pays due regard to its clients
who either complain or seek the Office’s intervention on matters involving other agencies or offices.

For the first half of the year 2017, the CWPO ardently took note and compiled in its treasure
trove all those words of thanks and appreciation from clients whom the Office has successfully helped.
CWPO has never been more grateful and overwhelmed with these clients’ simple recognition of its
efforts which serves as inspiration to provide better assistance to energy consumers.

They say that everything that is beautiful is worth sharing about, so the CWPO does not hesitate
to brag of its accomplishments, which is evident in the verbatim feedback of its clients below.

(would you like to add ms alvarado’s comment that this is the first time that the government is
the one following her up? May copy ka ba nung email nya? P2M case ito)

Definitely, the CWPO is here for everyone who needs a helping hand. And so long as there are
consumers who need the Office, the eager beavers of CWPO will never fail to assist these people with
sincerity and integrity as it lives by the rules… and because CWPO cares…
