Update the OS of the MC65

An update of WindowsMobile Operating System need to be performed, when an Error occurs while
clicking on the top task bar within the windows application.

Please note that after the update all necessary software needs to be installed once again.

Installation Instructions:

“Copy contents of zip file to “\Temp” folder. Execute StartUpdLdr.exe or cold boot terminal by
pressing 1 + 9 + red power button (pwr) and hold the left trigger key to start the update loader
process.“ (If the MC65 has a alphanumeric keyboard press W+C+ red power button (pwr))

We recommend you to copy the content of the zip file to the internal memory into the temp folder. And
to remove the SD card before you start the installation process. (With the SD card we had always
some problems)

After installing the OEM update. Please install all the following cab files in the following order.

1. NETCFv35.wce.armv4.cab Installer for .NET Framework3.5

2. NETCFv35.Messages.EN.cab (Detailed ERROR Message for the .NET Framework)

3. sqlce.wce5.armv4i.CAB Installer für Datenbank SqlServerCe 3.5 SP2

4. Restart the device

5. Install TTE-Mobile.cab

6. Delete the „TTE.sdf“ on the device

7. Start the TTE-Mobile solution
