    My self a Building services engineer with around 10 years of project management (Site) experience. I
    would say building services is my passion which really made to perceive my MSc in Low Carbon Building
    Services Engineering and my extensive site experience on major landmarks international projects like
    Hospitals, Research centres, Airports, Heritage buildings, High-rise towers, residential projects and
    hands-on experience in installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of electromechanical
    systems such as HVAC, plumbing, Steam, firefighting, medical gas, special airport system, security
    system, building management system, Elv, electrical, pneumatic systems

    I Think my MSc degree which is mainly focusing on HVAC design, Building performance simulation
    (Thermal, Airflow &climate based daylight modelling), Low carbon design and strategies, Building
    information modelling (BIM) are very up-to-date skill sets that makes me a perfect candidate for the
    position applied.

    Describe a recent experience which presented you with a challenge and involved doing something
    differently, or finding a new approach.*

    In my past project "Qasr Al Hosn" redevelopment of heritage site at Abu Dhabi - UAE, I had to encounter
    various construction challenges since it was a heritage fort which had various mysterious unknown
    underground structures which resulted in clashes with the proposed MEP services (Design drawings).
    This new development resulted in financial and time impact of the project ( this was one of the most
    prestigious project with a very tight deadline). I would proudly say that I was successful in delivering this
    huge project which involved various stakeholders meeting and a very extensive site survey further all
    the relevant design modifications where done.
