Relative to the above, may we provide you with the following supplemental guidelines: 1. On Item IV, Award Criteria: Attached is the LLA Sub indicators/Criteria with corresponding pointscore for your reference. p On Item VI, B, 7: ‘The Executive Summary shall be prepared by the Regional Award Committee following the format provided in the said MC. For clarification, focus of assessment sefers to the areas where the sangguaian is evaluated while the assessement methodology refers to the process and methods used in the assessment of sanggunians. Again, submission of documents in an electronic file format is preferred. 3.
