While thousands of animals are waiting to be adopted from shelters across the United
States, selfish people are running puppy mills to make money. Dogs are being trapped
in cages for life so they can breed puppies that get sold to a pet store. The conditions
these dogs live in are unimaginable, from bad water to feces covering the floor. Puppy
mills contribute to pet overpopulation and force animals to live their life trapped in a
wired cage with little to no human contact. Ending this cycle of cruelty starts with you.
The Humane Society of the United States fights against puppy mills by supporting
legislative changes, conducting investigations and litigations, and promoting public
awareness and education. We also help local authorities to shut down the most abusive
puppy mills. The HSUS has assisted in rescuing nearly 5,000 dogs from puppy mills
over the past two years alone.
With a generous donation, you can help fight the sick practice of puppy mills. You can
help spread public awareness that can end the cycle of puppy mills. Your donation will
help spread awareness of the rising issue of puppy mills, make individuals realize that it
current legislature needs to change, and it will fund the necessary resources to rescue
the dogs. Will you would be willing to donate $100 or whatever amount you choose to
rescue puppies from puppy mills and provide them with the care they need to recover?
A tiny, wired cage, covered in feces is no way for a dog to spend its life. All the suffering
endured by these dogs is to supply the pet industry with an endless stream of puppies
to sell to unsuspecting consumers.

P.S. - Everyday, dogs in puppy mills are trapped in a cage with no human contact. You
can be a hero and put a stop to this cruel and inhumane industry.
