PURCHASING of Spare parts, chemicals, raw material, oil & lubricant, IT equipment, office
furniture, capital items, electrical & electronics, civil equipments, from local source as well as
from overseas, repair & maintenance of equipment, funds involved about 60—65 million
rupees.
WAREHOUSING & maintenance of stock levels & storage of about 3500 different items,
care & preservation, receiving & inspection of material, safety & security, insurance, stock
take & audit,disposal of scrap & dead items.
LOGISTICS of materials through 40 feet , 20 feet containers, low bed, high bed trucks,clamp
& forkliters handling, loading, unloading, dispatch & distribution of all type of goods.
GENERAL ADMINISTRATION: Controlling, Recruitment & training/ awards, promotions, JD,
SOP of multinational staff more than 65 persons, Protocol duties, repair & maintenance of
buildings, vehicles, guest houses, clubs, canteen, residential colonies & awarding the annual
maintenance contracts of vehicles, electrical generator sets in Private corporate sector &
Govt Nuclear Projects in Pakistan & Saudi Arabia,

SKILLS: Review & negotiate the supply rates of quality goods, Inland & overseas freight,
Insurance claims of damaged items, replenishment of stocks, disposal of scrap & dead items,
annual lease agreements of buildings/ contracts/agreements for bulk supplies, repair &
maintenance of eqpts , vehicles ,insurance, care & preservation & handling of different
items, coordination with sales & marketing, production department for the planning of next
sales /orders schedules.
