Requirements for Vehicle Route Creation

TITLE:- Bus Route Name

BODY: Description of the route

ROUTE NUMBER of the vehicle

VEHICLE NUMBER

Attendant Name with contact details.

Driver Name with contact details.

WAYPOINTS: Total number of stops with their “ Stop Name, Pick up time, Drop time, and
location including source and destination.

Note:
1. PICK UP TIME: Scheduled time of vehicle arrival.
2. DROP TIME: Scheduled time for vehicle departure.

ROLES & PERMISSION

1. Driver
2. Admin
3. Faculty
4. Student

DRIVER :
a). Driver have to login along with their “Username & password” that would be authenticated
from college admin & also have to enable the GPS location.
b). Tap on “Start Tracking” button to start tracking.
c). Tap on “Stop Tracking” button to stop tracking.

Note:
a). A push notification is sent to the Transport Admin once the Tracking is started or
stopped.
b). If geolocation is not getting updated for more than 5 min a push notification will be sent to
the transport admin.
ADMIN: Admin can track the all the vehicles at a same time.

a) Admin can directly add the multiple students & faculties by selecting their “Pick up point &
Drop point” within the waypoint list.

c). Admin can also accept/reject the student request to join the bus route.
FACULTY: Faculty can mark attendance of students in vehicle (If required) and rest all
permission are same as of member of the route.

STUDENT:

a) Students can join the group in two way i.e either admin can join the students directly or
students can tap on “Join” button, they can request admin to add them in the group.
b) Once the students will become member of the group, they will get to know the “Estimated
Time of Arrival” (ETA) of vehicle along with their real-time geo location.
c) Students can update their Pick & Drop point by contacting to the transport admin.
