In the name of : K & K RENOVATION & CONSTRUCTION OF 23 Jalan Nakhoda 15, Taman Ungku Tun Aminah ,
Skudai 81300, Johor backed from 6 October 2017 to 5 October 2018, we hereby undertake to hold you harmless
of all consequences arising on or before ___ November 2017 and we are ourselves liable for any claim that may
arise under the said cover notes during the abovementioned period.

We shall directly attend to the settlement of any such claim or shall reimburse TOKIO MARINE INSURANCE (M)
BERHAD for any payment you may be asked upon to make settlement of such claim.
