REME. Various technical courses have been held in the institute such as automotive.

In order to purse this research, as background of IJED as the spearhead

implementation of education has the task which train the anny personnel and REME

tradesman covers three areas, namely: automotive, armament, and electronics trust. The

results also show that there is a positive relationship between training and performance of

employees, confirming the litenature that studied the impact of training eflectiveness.

(Mourad Mansour, 2013). To perceived effort of IJED training system on automotive

engineering technician class 2 course trainee is an impact on training effectiveness towards

competent perform task at REME unit.

OBJECTIVE

An objective of this research is to determine the level learning effectiveness

commitment of REME Automotive Technician Class 2 course trainee influenced by

perceived methodology, module, environment and training materials. The objectives of the

research are as follows:

training materials and training effectiveness among trainee.
