Re: Departmental Meeting

This is to remind you that our department will have a meeting on the 6th of September,
Thursday, at the conference room from 9 A.M. to 12 NN.

The said meeting will be for the preparation for the business convention that will be catered by
our company on the 5th of October, at the World Trade Center. I would also like to request for an
individual presentation of the suggested order/system that we are going to apply.
