Background
• Kerala Vision is the channel of COA, the biggest cable TV association of Kerala having around 25 lakhs customer base
in Kerala, they are also a satellite channel from last financial year.
• As part of customer retention and to give their clients value added service they are introducing a loyalty card in the
brand GREENCARD.
• These loyalty cards will be given to their entire 25 lakhs customer base free of cost and customers will get some
privilege when they are doing shopping or when availing any services. Whenever customers do shopping they will get
coupons or their points which they can redeem on the cable TV payment or broadband payment to Keralavision.
• The client Already they have developed Loyalty card software and mobile app for the same.
• With the introduction of GREENCARD the client is looking at accomplishing the following goals:
• To increase customer loyalty by giving value addition services.
• To delight the customers and retain them to their service.
• To make KERALAVISION cable TV and broadband service virtually cashless for their customers.
• Enchore has been invited to share a GTM proposal for the card launch and a subsequent handholding for the team.
