  Hello.  I’m  writing  to  you  because  I’m  interested  in  working  for  Kelsey’s  to  
further  my  culinary  career  and  I’m  always  interested  to  take  things  to  the  next  step.  
   
Having  been  interested  in  culinary  since  2011  in  high  school.  I  also  worked  at  
the  cafeteria  as  an  experience.  Also  I  have  earned  my  Certificate  of  Safe  Food  
Handlers  Sanitation.  I’m  attending  Fanshawe  College,  taking  my  culinary  interests  to  
the  next  level.  I  have  completed  two  co-­‐op  placements  at  Kelsey’s  and  You  Made  It  
Café,  as  seen  on  my  resume.  Most  of  my  job  titles  are  kitchen  helper  and  food  prep.
