Reference: LOA No.24944435 Dtd.07.12.2016.

Subject: - Mainline Laying & Combined station works for Laying of New Crude Oil
Pipeline from Chennai Port to CPCL Refinery at Manali, Chennai and Combined Station
Works of Mechanical, Civil, Electrical & Instrumentation works and other facilities at
Chennai Port & CPCL Refinery (Tamil Nadu).
Pass Permission for using Telescopic Cranes at Inside port.

Dear Sir,

With reference from above said subject, we are presently executing the HDD work
(Horizontal directional drilling – Trenchless Method) inside Kasi medu area for Chennai port
crossing. Which is going through to port zero gate area and the punch out is inside port.
‘
With reference from above said subject, presently our work is going at inside port near
Gate No:0 .We are planning to start Our Pulling activities Aligment , stringing, welding
works from tomorrow dated on 13.07.2018.

Hence we are requesting you to give the pass permission and allow our Telescopic Cranes
with mechanical equipment’s & materials enter through Gate no: 2 and Gate no: 0(Zero).
