About the author

Paul Hoang is a highly experienced teacher trainer and internationally recognized author. He is an IB examiner and Workshop
Leader for the IB Diploma programme in Business Management. Paul is a regular contributor toBusiness Review. He voluntarily
manages the Business Management blogs on tutor2u.net - the world's most popular online resource for Business and Economics
education. He publishes the annual Case Study Pack resource for the pre-seen Paper 1Business Management exams, available from
tutor2u.net. Paul has also been an educational consultant at his alma mater, The Institute of Education, University of London, UK.

Paul has been teaching both IB Business Management and IB Economics since 2001. He is an Assistant Principal at Sha Tin
College, part of the English Schools Foundation in Hong Kong. Sha Tin College was the first ESF School to introduce the IB
Diploma Programme in Hong Kong and currently has more than 350 IB Diploma Programme students. In the past, Paul also
taught Mathematics, ICT and Physical Education. Previously he taught at Hasmonean High School in London and Wallington
Grammar School in Surrey, UK.

Aside from work, Paul isapracticing 2nd Dan Taekwondo instructor and likes toplay football onaregular basis; being a Londoner
he is a passionate follower of Arsenal Football Club. Most importantly though, Paul enjoys spending time with his wife and
two sons.
