Please observe these rules

(Note: These are basic rules which shall be accompanied by FIFA’s rules and descriptions)

Obey all match officials and their decisions to the maximum, no form of
PROTEST to referees or linesmen will be tolerated.
Any form of AGGRESSION or VIOLENCE from any player will be severely dealt
with, whoever causes commotion on the pitch will be fined 20 RMB and can be
banned from playing the rest of the tournament, please captains caution your
players because this will be taken very seriously.

Straight red card is punishable by two (2) match ban; you have 24 hours to appeal
to the authority for a review.

Any team that delays match kickoff by more than fifteen (15) minutes, an
AUTOMATIC three (3) points will be awarded to the opposing team, this will be
taken very seriously.

All team leaders should ensure that their supporters are highly controlled to avoid
unnecessary distractions or confusion to players on the pitch.

Match fixing is highly prohibited, any team found guilty of this will be
disqualified.
Maximum number substitution is 5 players per match but if it proceeds to extra
time additional two players is added.

The three winners in each knockout matches will proceed to the semi-finals.
The best Loser shall be defined as the Team with: the least goals conceded, most goals scored but failed
to win a knockout fixture.

If two losers are in the same position, a coin shall be tossed by the Referee with the teams being
represented by their captains. Whoever wins the toss qualifies for the semi-finals as well.
