Plans for Differentiated Instruction/Accommodations

Special Education I would have the more challenged students seated at the front of the class. I
Students would model more to reinforce learning.
English Language I would provide translation with pictures within it and /or use sentence stems to
Learners facilitate the ELL bilingual learners.
These will work in small groups instead of large settings. They can be given
Gifted and Talented more challenging items to measure, such as the length of a table and an
elaboration of their exit ticket.

Potential Challenges/Plan B
I am concerned about the transitioning from one activity to the other in a timely manner. I am also concerned about
assisting the challenged students and keeping them focused on the lesson. I am also concerned about their ability to
follow instructions, so I would have to work with a check of sheet as I go along.

Assessment
Since my lesson contains new information, my assessment would be to initially check for understanding
using the exit ticket.
