They then install the full viewer when prompted and change their default viewer to the Windows viewer instead of the web viewer.     Installing

    the FileBound Viewer in JIDS


    1. Log in to JIDS. 
    2. Open User Preferences icon in the top right corner under your User Name menu: 
     

     
     
     
    3. Select “Install FileBound Viewer” in the top right corner of the screen. 
     

       
     

    4. A pop up will appear, prompting you to install the full viewer. Select “Install FileBound Viewer” and follow the 
    prompts to install. 

    5. On the User Preferences page in the Document View section, change your Default Viewer from Web Viewer to 
    Windows Viewer and click save: 
     

     
     
     
    6. Upon confirmation that the default viewer has been adjusted in your account, log in to JIDS.  Click the “View 
    Document” icon to open the new viewer:
