To whom it may concern:

As an assistant professor, I had the pleasure of working with Karisa Wrenn during her N-214
Health Across the Lifespan: Adults I course. While I did not have her in my clinical group, as
the course coordinator, her clinical evaluation tool from her instructor was reviewed by me
during the course. She did well in clinical and made level appropriate progress.

Karisa is pleasant in her interactions with peers and faculty. She was hard-working and engaged
in the classroom environment. She is passionate about nursing, and gave heartfelt descriptions of
our program during tours of the School of Nursing as part of her work-study at Shenandoah
University. She is a team player, and she is willing to help others as time allows.

With respect to hiring her as a registered nurse on your team, I highly recommend Karisa Wrenn.

Sincerely,

Therese M. Collins, MS, RN, CNE
