VI. Research on the signs of lying. Read People v. Adoviso - 309 SCRA 1(1999)
Contents:
PART I
1. What is your key learning about child abuse? (Maximum of 10 sentences.)
2. What is the Child Sexual Abuse Accommodation Syndrome? (2-3 sentences only)
3. List 5 Research on doctrines/defenses/theories in rape cases decided by the
Supreme Court. For example - "Sweetheart defense" (2-3 sentences per doctrine)
4. Discuss briefly the battered woman syndrome. (Maximum of 10 sentences)
5. Enumerate the signs of lying. (No need to discuss, just enumerate)
PART II
Based on what you learned about child abuse, rape and domestic violence, discuss
how
you plan to personally contribute to solving the problem and relevant issues?
Remember that you don�t have to change the world (unless you want to). Your
proposal should be something that you can actually do NOW or in the future.
