We, from Mahindra Finance are recruiting Management Trainees through its campus recruitment program
called “Campus Connnect”, The recruitment is handled by Regional HR In charges.

We are primarily looking at students specialized in Marketing for our Operations Department
(Sales & Recovery).

The process of recruitment is as follows:

1) Pre-placement talk by Mahindra Finance

2) Group Discussion
3) PI and psychometric evaluation of the students shortlisted in GD

On successful selection, the MTs will undergo 6 months Probation/Training during which they will be
exposed to the working of various Departments within MMFSL. They will have to complete 6 projects (1 in
each month) and prepare a report and presentation. On completion of 6 months, they will have to undergo
an evaluation process consisting of the evaluation of their projects as well as their understanding of the
various processes through a written/oral exam. MTs succeeding in this evaluation will be confirmed as
Associate / Assistant Branch Managers and posted to upcountry Branches. In the next few years they will
be groomed to fill the post of Branch Managers. During this period, they will have to handle various
responsibilities like frontline sales, recovery, branch handling etc.

Compensation

They will be offered CTC of Rs. 3 Lakhs for the first 6 months. Confirmation will be based on Assessment
of their projects (to be done during the six months) and an exam (written + viva) at the end of six months.
On confirmation, they will be paid PP (Performance Pay) Rs. 30000/-. Apart from this they will also see a
hike of 60k (3 Lacs fixed and 60 thousand performance pay) and the Performance Pay will be converted
in to RBMI - Result Based Monthly Incentive Scheme and will be governed by fixed parameters as
mentioned in our RBMI policy. So in effect, the CTC will be Rs, 3.6 Lacs for confirmed candidates
