PERSONAL SYNOPSIS

My name is Jordan Carr, 25 year old professional singer. I'm a confident communicator with a strong work
ethic, I'm always up for a new challenge and will find different ways to solve a situation or task put
forward.
With a strong outgoing, polite and cheerful demeanor, I believe I attract and produce a positive/ energetic
feeling within the work place. Working in large groups for several years I find I fit well with in a team
regarding my input, work ethic and charismatic charm. I also flourish as an individual in relation to fast
pace scenarios, troubled customers or any other problematic situation.
After working for many years overseas and on land I have adapted to working in different environments
with an array of people and their personalities. Organisation is key within a working environment. If we fail
to prepare we must prepare to fail.

EXPERIENCE

 Chapleford farm Restaurant & Pub (2018)

This job included taking food and drink orders, making spirited drinks, pulling draft beer, serving
food and coffee. Maintaining a clean work space at all time was essential, stocking the fridges,
cutting the fruit, changing barrels when they had finished. I enjoy working in environments which
allows me to meet and interact with all types of people.
 Showbar (2018)
Manning my own till I took in a large revenue of money which resulted in dealing with a large cash
flow. Other duties included: Cleaning down at the end of the night; glass collecting, glass wash,
making sure the bottles are wiped down and covered, bar tops cleaned and polished and work
station presented ready for the next working
 Cruise & Maritime (2016/17)
I became Assistant Cruise Director onboard my 3 rd contract. My duties for this role were; making
rotas for activities on board, completing daily programs, filing paper work, emailing with head
office and other senior members of staff, running rehearsals, comparing shows, holding and
organising captain lunches with guests and handling employees pay cheques.
 Superstar Boudoir (2013/14)
With a much faster pace I began to pick up a stronger and faster working mentality. I
strengthened my abilities to fast pour, handle customers on heavy substances, the fast serving
pace needed and handling large amounts of money. Working long hours made me find ways to
create energy and positivity to spur me on through the long hours.
 Pablo's Restaurant & Bar (2012
Here I learnt basic skills such as pouring and mixing spirited drinks, interaction with new faces
every night and dealing with intoxicated customers.
