Dear Ms. Jane,

It was a great interest to know that Team Leader position is available, and I would like to express my
interest in this position. Please accept my resume for review and consideration for this role.

I have been in a BPO industry for a total of 2 years and 3 months. My first BPO Company was Iplus-
Infocom for DSL account. I stayed there for 1 year and finished my contract to pursue my studies. Then,
1 year and 3 months under SPI-CRM for Home Bro account. In my 1 year at SPI-CRM, I was one of the
performers of the account. I was the Team POC of Team Paul and one of the top agents of our team. As
a Team POC, I was able to help our Team Leader in managing our team. After a year, I was endorsed to
be part of Home Bro Dispute Management Team for 1 month and 2 months as a QA Support. My task as
QA Support was to audit all the agent’s responses in PLDT’s social media account.

Before I enter the BPO industry, I was a Shift-in-Charge of my supervisor in one of the site of Metro
Parking in Marriott Hotel for 5 months. My task there was to check all the transactions of our cashier,
create a summary report of our daily transactions and act as the supervisor if he was on Rest day. Also, I
was a Production Controller in Jollibee SM Manila Level 1 and Jollibee Robinsons Ermita Level 1 for
almost 4 years. My task there was to manage the team in delivering good quality products, ensure that
we execute the company standards and manage the breaks of all kitchen crew. I became a crew trainer
and elected as the crew trainer President when I was in Jollibee Robinsons Ermita Level 1. Also, I’m a
SEEDS Trainee there so the management trains us to be a future manager of Jollibee.

With my experience with different companies, I strongly believe that I am capable of becoming a new
Team Leader of Home Bro. I appreciate your consideration for this position. It has been a real pleasure
to come to work every day since you hired me, and I look forward to continuing to grow my career at
Infocom.
