section. I am a new graduate from Jackson College’s Nursing Associate in Applied Science degree. Your
organization’s Residency Program has been highly recommended to me.

The Jackson College Nursing program provided me a quality education and clinical knowledge enabling
me to step into the role of a Nurse. My previous experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant in long-term
care, acute care, and long-term acute care have given me experience with patient and family care. I feel
that my personal mission aligns well with that of your organization.
