between 4 and 8 lbs. Remove infant insert

Always position the buckle closest to the child. If the child is on top of the 1 2
buckle in the inner position, then adjust the buckle to the outer position. This child restraint has an adjustable head restraint and no-rethread harness
system that is easy to adjust to properly secure the child.
