Download and Install LockDown Browser

1. Click the link “Download Respondus LockDown Browser” located at the bottom of the Quiz
Details page.

2. Click Install Now

3. Click Finish

4. Click on the downloaded File

5. Click Run

6. Click to Install when the LockDown Browser Installer opens

7. Choose a Language for the install and then click Next

8. Wait for the Install to prompt the next step

9. Click the “I agree” option and then click Next

10. Wait for the Install to complete

 11. Click Finish on the Install complete notification window

How to Use LockDown Browser when Taking a Quiz

1. Close all open programs (including the K12 Online Middle or High School)
2. Launch LockDown Browser from your computer using one of the Navigation Options Below
a. Program List  LockDown Browser
b. Click the LockDown Browser icon on your desktop

Please Note: Upon opening the LockDown Browser, a window pop up may appear if any programs were
not closed prior to launching. If this window notification appears, close the other programs before
proceeding! Failure to close all other open programs will block LockDown Browser from launching.

3. Enter your login information and then navigate to the quiz.
