My Daily Activities

May 02, 2017 (Tuesday)


Week 1, Day 1

It was exactly 7 o’clock in the morning when I arrive in Kia Carmona. Maam Liezl T. Perez,
my supervisor is currently talking with a client that time so I sat down on the chair located
in the showcase area while waiting for her. After few minutes she went to where I was and
greeted me. I greeted her back and she ask me to follow her to her office.

Upon entering the office I notice the empty table before hers. She told me that it was my
table. It looks like she already arranged her office for me. I felt welcomed.

After setting in, Maam Liezl oriented me of about the company and the duties and
responsibilities as customer relations officer (CRO). After orientation she tour me around
the area and introduced me to some employees. She also show me the file cabinet where
most of CRO files are hidden.

Lastly she introduced to me the car models that are being displayed in the showcase area.

May 03, 2017 (Wednesday)


Week 1, Day 2

I arrived early and maam Liezl is not yet in the office. As part of CRO opening procedure,
I went out of the office and check the area if it is clean, especially the client lounge and
comfort rooms.

Today’s task is to conduct an after service follow up call. The objective is to able to get
feedback to the client who avail a services in the store on how was the personnel treated
them and if they (services personnel) follow the standard procedure in dealing with services
that Kia Carmona is offering. At the end of the call, client will rate the service.

May 04, 2017 (Thursday)


Week 1, Day 3

Like what I did on the previous day, I was told to do some call again. Today’s task is to
check how the sale personnel performance was. Like service follow up, sales follow up
(Client who bought a car) is to able to determine if the sales personnel is doing standard
operating procedure in handling client during the time they are purchasing their car. At the
end of the conversation, client will be ask to rate the sales personnel.

Week 1, Day 4

The task for today is to summarize the sales follow up calls and the service follow up calls.
Since there is no official format, I took my initiative to do it in excel so that it will look
more organize and formal. Maam Liezl was impress with what I have done which makes
me happy that I was able to please her.

May 06, 2017 (Saturday)


Week 1, Day 5

Since it is Saturday, the CRO is commonly in the show room area. We help sales agent to
assist clients especially those walk-in client. While in the showcase area, Maam Liezl and I
was able to talk some personal matter.

May 08, 2017 (Monday)


Week 2, Day 6

I did the morning checkup. Maam Liezl show to me the FB page of Kia Carmona and ask
me some suggestions how to make it more appealing to the viewers. Using the power point,
I designed some slides poster using photos of Kia cars that can be save as photo and upload
it in the page.

May 09, 2017 (Tuesday)


Week 2, Day 7

The task given to me today is filing. I need to arrange the client’s folder according the month
they bought a vehicle. After doing the task, I stayed in the showcase area to help the sales
agent on duty.

May 10, 2017 (Wednesday)


Week 2, Day 8

Today, I helped maam Liezl to conceptualized design for the showcase area since the Store
need to have theme as per the general manager advised. We came up with rainy day theme
and plan what the concept will look alike. We listed the things that we needed in order to
request it in the accounting.

May 11, 2017 (Thursday)


Week 2, Day 9

Maam Liezl had a meeting in Dasmariñas. I was left in the office alone. In order to be
helpful, I stayed in the Show room area together with some sales agent that present that
time. From time to time, I am checking the comfort rooms and clients lounge making sure
that these area are clean and free from unwanted smell.

May 12, 2017 (Friday)


Week 2, Day 10

I was asked to make a check list for comfort rooms and client lounge. This check list will
going to use in checking the area. There are area specify in the check list so the janitor will
not forget while cleaning. I able to finished the checklist in no time. I printed it and
reproduce and give it to maam Liezl.

May 13, 2017 (Saturday)


Week 2, Day 11

There are no task given to me today. I was in the show room area and help the sales agent
on duty. Maam Liezl is also in the showroom area quite relax. I already gain confidence that
time and made friends with some of the personnel.

May 15, 2017 (Monday)


Week 3, Day 12

Another week begin, another tasked was delegated to me. The task is to follow up the non-
answer client during the sales follow up call and service follow up call. I did an updated
summary and pass it to maam Liezl.

May 16, 2017 (Tuesday)


Week 3, Day 13

Today, I need to check client’s file in the file cabinet. I need to confirm if the requirement
is being filed accordingly and see if what is lacking. Maam Liezl give me a list of clients in
order for me to list down the lacking file on each client’s folder. Mostly of the client file
has no copy of OR/CR and client information sheet.

Week 3, Day 14

I was tasked to contact LTO personnel to follow up the OR/CR of those client that have not
receive yet their OR/CR. There are already few available so I requested the person whom I
speak with to email the available OR/CR. After talking to him I reported to maam Liezl and
she advised me to contact those client that can get their OR/CR copy. She also said to ask
if the client want to get the OR/CR personally or want it to send via E-mail.

May 18. 2017 (Thursday)


Week 3, Day 15

Since we are free that day maam Liezl and I decided to clean up our office. We segregate
files and inventory our office supplies. This is part of monitoring the usage of supplies for
the month.

Week 3, Day 16

I was task to label the client file and arrange them by month of released and alphabetical. I
need to list down all the client and afterwards, check it to the official list to know if the files
are updated or lacking. There are few client that no file later I was informed that the missing
file is with documentation officer.

May 20, 2017 (Saturday)


Week 3, Day 17

I will be rendering half day today. After doing opening routine, I was stayed in the office
and wait for a task. Since there are no pending work, I was told to assist in the showroom. I
ended up entertaining walk-in client for the first time.

Week 4, Day 18

June is near and maam Liezl and I did brainstorming for the best back to school theme of
the store. She asked me to search it on the net. I was able to pitch some idea to her and she
accepted it as one of the options.

Week 4, Day 19

The office of customer relations will be move on the second floor. It was a very busy day
for us since we also need to bring all the staff from the old office to the new area in the
second floor of the store.

Week 4, Day 20

Maam Liezl oriented me about the car insurance. What form client need to fill up when they
will avail the car insurance and what will be the coverage of the plan.

Week 4, Day 21

My tasked that day is to reproduce necessary forms that needed for client transaction. After
that I help in showroom with sales agent on duty.

Week 4, Day 22

Since there are no task assign for me today, I help some documentation personnel in filing.
I able to talk to other staff and be friends with them.

May 27, 2017 (Saturday)


Week 4, Day 23

Another half-day for me today. Since it was Saturday, like any other Saturday, I was
assigned in showroom together with sales agent on duty.

May 29, 2017 (Monday)


Week 5, Day 24

Is another week and I was tasked with do a consolidated data of client of KIA Pasong Tamo.
KIA Pasong Tamo is a branch under also LICA Group of Companies with company name
Regis Global Car’s Inc. The said branch was close due to location issue with the KIA
Motors. KIA Carmona, as a sister branch took over their accounts.

Week 5, Day 25

The tasked in consolidation of client from Pasong Tamo continues. It’s not an easy task
since I need to retrieve the data on Records Personnel. The clients’ data are consolidated
with other info that are not needed in the CRO listing. I need to copy the data needed and
pasted it on another spreadsheet.

May 31, 2017 (Wednesday)


Week 5, Day 26

The tasked last Monday is not yet done so I need to continue the said task. In the said tasked,
I needed to group the client by month of purchased. I also need to state on the list the product
model that they bought also including the how the client accrued the said unit.

June 1, 2017 (Thursday)


Week 5, Day 27

I am already half-way on the task. From time to time I am resting since the computer that
I’m using is needed by the records personnel.

June 2, 2017 (Friday)


Week 5, Day 28

As I continue the task that was given to me, I able to have conservation with the records
personnel. We talked about school experience and life. It was a nice conversation and I able
to share experiences.

Week 5, Day 29

It’s another half day for me today. I return to the showroom that day even the previous task
is not yet done. Maam Liezl said I can continue it next week.

June 5, 2017 (Monday)


Week 6, Day 30

Father’s Day is getting near. Maan Liezl and I planned for an event appropriate for the
occasion. We list down the details of the event and necessary things needed on that day. I
was also told to create a greeting card picture that can be posted on the Facebook page.

June 6, 2017 (Tuesday)


Week 6, Day 31

Todays tasked is to list down all previous client number. The reason is that we will having
a text brigade for the upcoming event. I was also the one asked to do a spiel that will be
used for the text brigade.

June 7, 2017 (Wednesday)


Week 6, Day 32

Today is the start of the text brigade, Aim of this is to inform and invite previous clients
about the father’s day event of Kia Carmona on the 9th and 10th of June. I was assigned in
the previous client while Maam Liezl is in charge in after sale customers.

June 8, 2017 (Thursday)


Week 6, Day 33

We prepared all things that we’ll used on the father’s day event. I did a cut-out letters that
will be used as a décor in the showroom. I also prepared guess listing form and post an
invites in the KIA Carmona Facebook page.

June 9, 2017 (Friday)


Week 6, Day 34

Its KIA Carmona’s Father’s Day event. Clients that are dropping by were able to enjoy the
visit with music, food and more. I was in charge of giving souvenirs to our guest and make
sure that they fill out the guest list form.

June 10, 2017 (Saturday)


Week 6, Day 35

Day two of our Father’s Day event. Like yesterday, I still remain on the task given to me.
Since it is Saturday, my duty is till 12 noon only. The event ended with no problem
encounter. I saw all the personnel help each other to put up a successful event. I guess all
the hard work paid off.

Week 7, Day 36

Continuation of the listing of the Pasong Tamo client. I intend to finish it that day yet I fail
to do so since the computer unit is used also by the record personnel.

June 14. 2017 (Wednesday)


Week 7, Day 37

I was asked to rearrange the files in the clients’ cabinet that day. While arranging the file I
also need to insert OR/CR copy to those latest client who received their OR/CR. After
making sure that the client’s file are completed, I have to put it back on the cabinet and
file the alphabetically.

June 15, 2017 (Thursday)


Week 7, Day 38

I arrived at the office early and do the morning routine. I about to continue my unfinished
task when Maam Liezl told me that LTO is asking for our clients’ information. Apparently,
the information that they needed are not present in our data. With that, I called our previous
client one by one in order to have the information that the LTO needed.

June 16, 2017 (Friday)


Week 7, Day 39

Day 2 of calling clients in order to acquired information that LTO asked to our office. Some
of the client is hesitant to give some information and ask if why I need those information. I
answer the client honestly and apologized for the inconvenient that I cause. Before hanging-
up I made sure that I thank the client for the cooperation.

June 17, 2017 (Saturday)


Week 7, Day 40

I able to finished my tasked yesterday so I need to make a report that will be given to maam
Liezl. I summarized all the data that the LTO needed in Excel so that it will easy for my
supervisor to run through with the information.

June 19, 2017 (Monday)


Week 8, Day 41 (Last Day)

Today is my last day of my on-the-job training. I can say that I have learn so much. There’s
no tasked given to me. I just do routines of CRO and stayed in the office. The atmosphere
is light that everyone is relax. It’s the best day to end my OJT I said to myself.

We, maam Liezl, some collogues, and me, ate our lunch on a restaurant near the store. The
afternoon has also a good vibes that everyone is taking and making jokes with doing there
works. Until the time has come that I have to say goodbye.
