NOTICE

Subject: Inauguration of Space Technology Incubation centre at NIT Agartala.

This is to bring your kind notice that a Space Technology Incubation centre (STIC) is going to
be established in Computer Science building, ground floor, room no-G14 in association with
ISRO (Indian Space Research Organization), Dept. of Space, Govt. of India. Shri. Biplab
Kumar Deb, Hon’ble Chief Minister, Govt. of Tripura will remotely inaugurate this Space
Technology Incubation centre of NIT Agartala through V.C on 18th September 2018 from
Hotel Leela Palace, Bengaluru, Karnataka during an inauguration event of SPACETRONICS
& DEFTRONICS 2018 in the august presence of our Hon’ble Director Prof. Harish Kumar
Sharma and Dr. K. Sivan, Secretary-DOS/Chairman, ISRO. The inauguration program will
start from 09:30 AM in the aforesaid hotel.

Therefore all Deans, Registrar, all HODs, Section in-Charge(s), Ph.D scholars from every
department those do not have mid-term exam are cordially requested to join this Live
Inauguration event from Space Technology Incubation centre, CSE building, ground floor,
room no-G14 and it is also requested to make it convenient to take their seats by 9:15AM.
