With the enhancement in technologies it has been seen that feasibility of tracking a project is best when

it is Web-Based Project tracking system. The web support helps the user to track or update the status
even outside the company. Even though web based applications give a certain amount of feasibility but
as the tracking system is required for a construction company, employees will have to work at places
where running a web based application would not be possible. A mobile based project tracking system
will be a better option for small update. A simple database tracking system will have the following
problems:
1. No automation: Every small change has to be done manually. It will become tedious and
infeasible.

2.Difficuilt to track:It would be tedious to track every employee. Employees on leave or employees
working out of state or country would be difficult to track.

3.High chances of error:Manual updation can have high chances of error

4.Low feasibility:Feasiblity will be less, the tracking would be within the office

5. CONCLUSION

We proposed our perception of the system, in accordance with the problems of existing system by making
a full layout of the system on paper. The feasibility of proposed system was analyzed by comparing the
following factors with the existing system.
Cost
The cost required in the proposed system is comparatively less to the existing system.
Effort
Compared to the existing system the proposed system will provide a better working environment in which
there will be ease of work and the effort required will be comparatively less than the existing system.
Time
Also the time required generating a report or for doing any other work will be comparatively very less
than in the existing system. Record finding and updating will take less time than the existing system.
Feasiblity
The proposed system is much more feasible in terms of automation and updation
