Regarding: The offer of a network maintenance work in the form of a fence on the west
side of the Brc Checkdam Unud in Badung Regency.
In connection with the invitation for Direct Procurement number: KU 0301-Bws15 /
PENGJAB / 197 dated April 19, 2018 and after we studied carefully the Procurement
Document, we hereby submit an offer for the Form of Network Maintenance of Fence Brc
West Side Checkdam Unud in Badung Regency of Rp. . 197,755,000.00 (One Hundred and
Ninety Seven Million Seven Hundred Fifty Five Thousand Rupiah) including 10% VAT.
This offer has taken into account the terms and conditions stated in the Procurement
Document to carry out the above work.
We will carry out the work with a period of execution of the work for 40 (forty) calendar
days.
This offer is valid for 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of this offer letter.
For consideration, we hereby attach the following requirements:
a. Photocopy of SIUJK
b. Photocopy of NPWP
c. Photocopy of Company Deed / Amendments
d. Budget plan
e. Specification
f. Implementation Schedule
g. Photocopy of Proof of Corporate / Corporate Tax Payment
