Officer-In-Charge Office of the Schools Division Superintendent SUBJECT: SUGGESTED DAILY LESSON LOG (DLL) TO BE USED BY EPP, TLE, MAPEH, AND AP TEACHERS DATE: September 2, 2015 With reference to DepEd Order No. 70, s. 2012 also known as Guidelines on the Preparation of Daily Lessons, a modified DLL to be used by EPP, TLE, MAPEH and AP teachers is hereby issued. A sample DLL Form and guidelines in writing DLL is provided in the enclosure Likewise, attached is Regional Memorandum No. 11 s. 2015 also known as the 2C-2I-1R Pedagogical Approaches. These pedagogical approaches are encouraged to be utilized by all curriculum implementers to ensure the proper implementation of the curriculum that adheres to the standards and principles of basic education curriculum. Immediate dissemination of and strict compliance with this memorandum is directed, v9) ‘LS DIVISION OF DASHARIHAS (S65 OT TICE) Enclosure to Division Unnumbered Memorandum Guidelines in writing DLL for EPP, TLE, MAPEH, and AP Teachers Alll teachers who have been in the service for more than two (2) years, private school experience included, shall not be required to prepare detailed lesson plan (DLPs). They may adopt the suggested Daily Lesson Logs (DLL) which contains the following entries 1. Learning Competencies: Refer to the knowledge, understanding, skills and attitudes that a learners need to demonstrate in every lesson and/or learning activity. Leaming competency (LC) is clearly stated at the Curriculum Guide (CG), just copy the LC form the CG and write it down on the DLL. References: For the curriculum reference, indicate only the page number of Teachers Guide (TG) and Learners Material (LM). Teachers who utilized other reference materials must include the page number as well as the name of the reference and write it down on the additional reference box. Educational Materials: List down all the educational materials used in teaching the stated learning competency Pedagogical Approaches / Strategies: Referring from the Regional Memorandum No. 11 s. 2015 also known as the 2C-21-1R Pedagogical Approaches, list down the name of the approach and/or strategies used in teaching the LC. Assessment: Indicate the type of assessment used to assess leamers progress, refer from DepEd Order No. 8 s. 2015 (Policy Guidelines on Classroom Assessment for the K to 12 Education Program). Teachers Note / Remarks: Last part of the suggested DLL is the Teachers Note / Remarks, on this part, all observations during the teaching leaming process should be indicated ~ this will serve as reference in adjusting the instructions and assessment to align with the set standards. All teachers with less than two years’ experience in teaching are required to prepare a Detailed Lesson Plan (DLP) in a daily basis.
