We are the students of MBA & Hotel Management of Himachal Pradesh Technical University off campus
Business School at Rajiv Gandhi Govt. Engineering College. Nagrota Bagwan. We are organizing
Management Fest Prayaas 2K18 from 12 Nov. to 14 Nov, 2018. We have already intimated regarding this
fest to Senior Superintendent of Police Sh. Santosh Patyal Kangra. In this Fest the participants of many
nearby colleges are participating in various activates such as management games and other cultural
activities. So we need to play the sound system till 10: P.M to complete the various events of
Management Fest. Therefore it humble request to you kindly give us permission to play the sound
system for the interest of students. It is further, requested kindly provide us police protection for the
smooth functioning of this Management Fest till 10.00PM from 13 Nov. to 14 Nov., 2018. We shall be
highly obliged to you for this act of kindness.
