ORDER:-
In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner & Director of Municipal
Administration, Hyderabad vide reference read above and after careful examination of the
matter, Government hereby permit Sri M Sudhakar, Commissioner, Zaheerabad
Municipality to retire voluntarily from service with effect from 16.11.2015 AN in terms of
Rule 43(1) of A.P. Revised Pension Rules, 1980.

2. The Commissioner & Director of Municipal Administration, Hyderabad shall take

necessary action accordingly.
