Evaluates new projects proposed by Management and ensures that the

set up is done correctly by:

- ensuring that all requirements and objectives are documented into


a project charter
- establishing guidelines applicable to the project.
Project Planning - Ensuring timely activity, integration, productivity and efficient use
of resources in order to meet project requirements
- playing a significant role in long term planning including an
initiative geared towards business sustainability

Works alongside the International Sales and Projects Manager and


Managing Director to assist in determination of project requirements
