during meals and daily trips to the art museum to ensure a safe and educational cross-curricular experience.
• Carried out administrative work around the Teaching Works office, such as organizing an online contact database,
coordinating schedules of college tutors, and follow up with parents of students participating in the EML.

Learn to Dive and Advanced Diving Coach; Certified Life Guard
• Developed and coached community education diving. Coached a wide range of abilities through two classes: Learn
to Dive Class- teaching beginners the basics of diving and technique. And, an Advanced Diving Class: to help high
school divers improve their current skills and acquire new dives.

VOLUNTEERING
Young Life January 2014 – April 2016
Student Staff, Summer Staff at Timber Wolf Lake- A Young Life Camp
• Mentored and supported college students in their life and faith by building deep relationships through conversation,
weekly gatherings and a variety of events.
• Planned and executed a “Barn Bash” for 75 college students. Responsible for locating venue, food donations,
decorations and activities during the event.
• Led small groups and bible studies through reading, conversation and discussion of challenging questions. Wrote
and spoke a message in front of 50 college students.
• Volunteered at Timber Wolf Lake- a Young Life camp in June of 2015, supported students in their life and spiritual
growth by working a high ropes course and other challenge elements in which I was responsible for the child’s safety
and provided encouragement.

Blood Drive Chair; Active Member
• Teacher leader for 10-40 students, kindergarten-4th grade, at the School of Education Martin Luther King Jr. Day in
2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016. Responsible for managing and teaching students during classroom time.
• Planned and coordinated volunteers for 3 blood drives throughout the 2014-2015 and 2015-2016 school year,
working closely with a Red Cross employee to ensure smooth donation.

BookMARK Coordinator for Pattengill Elementary School, Ann Arbor, MI
• Volunteered and coordinated volunteers every week, to work in a classroom assisting students as necessary. Lead
small group science experiments, and supported student’s writing and reading to provide individualized help.
• Coordinated a class-wide project to make winter decorations that were donated to The Ozone House in Ann Arbor
to teach students the importance of community service.
