Complaint Description : I have booked a parcel from Chennai central to Kannur on 19/10/2018. I was informed from the staff that the same will be shipped
probably on that day itself or the very next day. PRR No./PWB No. for the parcel is 1003609385. Still now I haven't received any
information regarding the parcel. I kindly request you into this matter and resolve the same at the earliest.
