    That we Mr. and Mrs. Bryan and Len Boayes together with Arch. Ramon R. Alarcon have

    agreed to make some necessary modification to the roofing plan of the construction of our 2

    storey, six door apartment, Because the design is too heavy for the building but we will make it

    structurally safe and with the same architectural design as planned.

    We will also change the window schedule from jalousie windows to sliding windows

    with screen except, the two units on the ground floor.

    And we will provide the steel gates to Sacristia St. side and Del Pilar St. side for free.
