EMERGENCY ROOM
Work Description:
Receives patient for admission
Obtain personal data, brief history and initial vital signs
Assists physicians in performing diagnostic, therapeutic procedures while
in the emergency room
Performs intravenous insertion as ordered
Administers medication through oral, intramuscular and intravenous route
Records pertinent data on chart
Endorses patients recorded data on chart, administered medications and
other procedures done in the emergency room
Assists physician in Nasogastric tube insertion, emergency cut down and
suturing
Performs catheter insertion and nebulization
Transfer and wheel patients per stretcher or wheelchair and endorses to
ward nurse
DELIVERY ROOM
Receives pregnant woman in active labor from OB ward
Ushers patient to DR table and place in lithotomy position and washes the
pudenda with water followed by an antiseptic solution.
Assists physician or midwife in delivery of baby
Receives baby with sterile towel and placed on mothers chest for skin to
skin contact
Clamps and cuts umbilical cord aseptically
Performs BP monitoring and administers medication as ordered
Records the date and time of delivery and placental expulsion
Take the birth weight, body temperature and the anthropometric
measurements of the newborn
Assists physician in suturing perineal lacerations
Performs after care to the patient and the area as well
Work Description:
Participates in the implementation of various projects/ programs/ systems
and activities related to Maternal, Neonatal, Child Health and Nutrition
(MNCHN) and PantawidPamilya Program such as:
a. Maternal Health Services
1. Pre-natal care
2. Post-natal care
3. Family Planning
b. Child Health Care Services
1. EPI
2. Nutrition
3. Dental Health Programs
Conducts regular monitoring of various health programs of the
municipality
a. Maternal Health Services
1. Pre-natal care
2. Post-natal care
3. Family Planning
b. Child Health Care Services
1. EPI
2. Nutrition
3. Dental Health Programs
Verify/ validate the compliance to the conditionalities of the Pantawid
Pamilya recipients
a. Monitor compliance of the households on the following:
1. Pre/ post/ ante natal care
2. Facility based delivery
3. Complete immunization of children
4. School performance of children
5. Attendance of learning and development activities for parents/
guardians
b. Ensure timely submission of Compliance Verification System (CVS)
Form by the Rural Health Midwives
Conduct health education and training
a. Mother’s class
b. Pabasa sa nutrisyon, etc.
c. Family Development Session
Assist in the conduct of disease surveillance
Job Description:
Provide Customer service Inbound Support for inquiry and activation calls
from customer.
Ability to use basic system administration tools and processes; such as
email application and other web browsers
Provide clear and concise communication to the customer, both oral and
written, to provide problem resolutions and make product and service
recommendations to enhance the customer relationship.
Ability to apply trouble-shooting techniques to moderate scope issues
before escalating.
Keep updated on all developments and changes, taking ownership to
obtain and learn all information provided to resolve the customers issue.
Generates sales for the account
