Treaty of New Lhassa
§1: The government of the Pan-Bolivarn Alliance and any of its lawful successors
recognises the government of the Most Serene Republic of Staleland as the unique
legitimate ruler of the Most Serene Republic of Staleland, and shall recognise any of its
current and future lands lawfully acquired and not breaking agreements in which the
Pan-Bolivarn alliance may be involved as belonging to the Most Serene Republic of
Staleland and hence as sovereign territory of the Most Serene Republic of Staleland.
§2: The government of the Most Serene Republic of Staleland and any of its lawful
successors recognises the government of the Pan-Bolivarian Alliance as the unique
legitimate ruler of the Pan-Bolivarn Alliance, and shall recognise any of its current and
future lands lawfully acquired and not breaking agreements in which the Most Serene
Republic of Staleland may be involved as belonging to the Pan-Bolivarn Alliance and
hence as sovereign territory of the Pan-Bolivarn Alliance.
§3: The Pan-Bolivarn Alliance and the Most Serene Republic of Staleland shall accredit
ambassadors and establish embassies in their capitals. Ambassadors and the chancery
of the embassy shall be awarded extraterritoriality, ambassadors shall enjoy
reasonable and curtailable diplomatic immunity, and any other international
convention governing embassies and not contradicting this present treaty shall apply.
Article II
OF MUTUAL DEFENSE
§5: Both signatories consent in ceding 10,000 acres of land within their borders
to the building of joint military bases in which air forces of both signatory
nations will be present and co-operate on regular joint missions
§6: Both signatories confirm that their armed forces will, in times of peace,
work on joint missions including but not limited to research, fighting piracy,
and drills.
Article III
OF JUDICIARY COLLABORATION
§8: Both signatories consent in the repercussion of fines and tickets obtained in
a signatory country that is not their residency country to the offender in their
country of residency.
§9: Where offenders do not risk sentences illegal in the jurisdiction in which
they were captured, and where the jurisdiction in which they were captured
does not wish to exert their jurisdiction on an offender, both signatories accept
to extradite to other jurisidictions belonging to the signatories any known
offender.
§10: Both signatories agree not to accept on their sovereign land any offender
sought by the other signatory.

§19: The provisions of the present treaty shall take effect upon lawful
ratification by a signatory
§20: The provisions of the present treaty may be amended by mutual accord of
