Greetings to the youth of India!

After more than six decades of freedom, every single Indian is still waiting to
see the day dawn when our country can be called as truly developed. Is there a
magic wand that can change our country for the better? There is! Education!
Nelson Mandela said and I quote “Education is the most powerful weapon which you
can use to change the world.”

Our Chairman, Mr. Gautam Adani, believes that not one organisation but a participative programme, with a
collaboration of many large corporates as well as the people of India, along with government support, will
convert our Dream of a prosperous India into Reality. AIIM has been established and promoted by the
Adani Group drawing upon its strengths as India's leading integrated infrastructure player. The main
objective is to equip the youth to “Be the Nation Builders” by imparting high-quality education and train
them to shoulder engineering and managerial responsibility in the infrastructure and allied sectors of the
economy.

AIIM will be the first of its kind in India which will impart academic curriculums successfully linked with
industry interface and applied research giving the right blend of infrastructure management as well as
technical aspects, creating minds which are solution finders, creating passion for contributing to the
country's pride. The project and team based learning will help students to enhance their emotional
quotient (EQ) which is extremely important for the sustainable success of any individual. Also, it will help a
student, to not only develop his/her capacities but to understand his/her own highest interest in building
infrastructure asset.

Greetings to the youth of India –
the aspiring nation builders of tomorrow!

India, as a nation, has managed green (agricultural) revolution, white (dairy

product) revolution and industrial revolution since independence. Today,
all-inclusive Infrastructural Growth is the mantra for our nation. Our dream to
become world economic superpower can be met only when we focus on developing
sustainable infrastructure in core services and social sectors alike.

Our promoter, Mr. Gautam Adani, recognised this as a problem as well as an opportunity, and about a quarter
century back started contributing towards the development of Indian infrastructure in a responsible way.
As a result of his perseverance, the group has built world-class infrastructure like ports, airports, railways,
power and more. On social infrastructure front, the Adani Group has set up institutions of education and
healthcare. One of them is Adani Institute of Infrastructure Management (AIIM).

With our high quality research, case based leaning, international collaboration and an excellent industry
interface with eminent support of the Adani Group, we at AII, are constantly striving towards becoming the
world exemplar of higher education in infrastructure management. Strong industry connect and support

The Infra Curriculum

• AIIM offers a 2-year full-time Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Infrastructure
Management), duly approved by AICTE

• For graduates who are passionate about pursuing a career in Infrastructure

• During the first year, students complete a core curriculum that provides a thorough,
integrated grounding in management & infrastructure essentials and at the same time,
they get exposure to the sector via site visits and projects integrated with courses and
summer internships

• During the second year, in addition to some core courses, students round off their

“Leadership Dynamics” by Mr. Peter Cox

Adani Institute of Infrastructure organised a Management Development
Program (MDP) on “Leadership Dynamics” by Mr. Peter Cox, Global
Leadership Coach, on 1st March, 2017. The objective of the program was to
share knowledge on how to grow business, build up succession-planning,
thrive in a hyper-competitive environment and enhance individual and
team performance.

6th EPC World Awards

Awards were held in association with PricewaterhouseCoopers and Zee
Business on 18th January, 2017 supported by national and international
industry associations like BAI, VDMA, INSDAG and ACCE. AIIM was
recognised for its outstanding contribution to the sector and honored for
its academic contribution in the infrastructure and construction sector as
“Emerging Institute for Infrastructure Management” in special
achievements category.

“Logistics Asia Conference & Expo”

At the second edition of “Logistics Asia Conference & Expo” held on 2nd
December, 2016 on the theme “Standards & Benchmarking Logistics in
India - Game Changer for India to Become an Economic Super Power”,
Dr. Pankaj Singh (Head Services, AIER) and Dr. Diptiranjan Mahapatra
(Head Academics, AIIM) were invited to participate in panel discussions.

A continuous process to expose AIIM students to global practices and
preparing them for a great career in this sector. Industry experts like
Mr. Abhay Bapna, CIO, Agriculture Business Adani Wilmar Ltd., Dr. Nitin
Naik, Associate General Manager Adani Group, Mr. Anshul Khandelwal,

Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit - 2017

At the Vibrant Gujarat Trade Show, organised between 10th-13th January,
2017, as a part of Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit - 2017 both institutes of
Adani Institute of Infrastructure (AIIE and AIIM) were present to showcase
opportunities and career prospects for students in the infrastructure
sector and promote infrastructure education.

Opening Doors for 3rd Batch of Nation Builders

Adani Institute of Infrastructure Management (AIIM) Ahmedabad opened
its doors to the 3rd batch of 2017-19 of its flagship 2-year full-time PGDM
(Infrastructure Management) program. The induction session saw
Mr. H. K Dash, IAS (batch of 1980) and Head of Gujarat Vigilance
Commission as Chief Guest and Dr. Malay Mahadevia, Group HR Director,
Adani Group and Trustee, Adani Institute of Infrastructure as Guest
of Honour.

 Knowledge Partnership with CII
Adani Institute of Infrastructure Management provided intellectual and
knowledge support to the Conference on Financing Infrastructure held
on 11th September 2015. The broad objective of the conference was to
discuss and debate policy and business aspects of infrastructure
financing from a fresh view point.

Strategic Thinking in Infrastructure Sector

AIIM organised an Infrastructure conclave on “Strategic Thinking in
Infrastructure Sector” on 20th February 2016. A day-long event provided
an opportunity to Industry experts and academicians from across India to
gather under one banner to discuss and debate on learning from the past
& looking to the future as part of Strategic Thinking in Infrastructure
Sector.

Smart Infrastructure Industry Confluence

It was held on 9th December 2016 at the AIIM Auditorium to provide a
thought-provoking platform to share and understand the emerging
challenges and opportunities in the infrastructure and allied industries in
India. This Smart Infrastructure Industry Confluence helped explore the
key areas to use innovative digitalisation technologies and to overcome
key skill gaps which need to be addressed to propel the growth of
the industry.

Admissions Process
and Important Dates
Eligibility:
• AIIM accepts valid national-level entrance test score as per
AICTE guidelines (CAT / XAT / GMAT preferred)
• Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree with minimum 50%
marks (45% marks for reserved category) or equivalent CGPA
of any recognised university of India or abroad
• The Bachelor's Degree must entail a minimum of three years of
education after completion of higher secondary schooling
(10+2) or equivalent
• In case the candidates are awarded grades / CGPA instead of
marks, the equivalence of percentage will be considered

Eligible candidates can apply through a prescribed Application
Form along with the payment of application fee INR 1000. On the
basis of application and the cut-off for test scores as decided
by the Admission Committee, the candidates will be invited for
PI Sessions.
