Dear Atty. Adriano,

The Santo Niño de Malolos Foundation, established in 1992 as a group of devotees dedicated on
spreading the devotion to the Santo Niño, as well as the culture and traditions of Bulacan.

In light of these, the Foundation has collaborated with Prof. Alejandro D. Consolacion, to compose a
new Mass setting for the Santo Niño, through the generous patronage of Mr. Angel Tantoco Jr. This was
followed by a commissioned work, namely, the recording of Misa Santo Niño de Malolos and Misa
Inmaculada Concepcion, both being composed and performed by Prof. Consolacion, through the
generous patronage of Don Jorge Allan Rodriguez Tengco, under the tutelage of the said foundation.
The goals for this commission are to (1) spread the devotion to the Santo Niño thru music and (2)
highlight the musical tradition of Bulacan.

It is with these intentions that we would like to request from your honorable office the Permit to
Replicate for the Misa Inmaculada Concepcion and Misa Santo Niño de Malolos, for 2,000 copies, to
given away to the devotees and benefactors, in time for our festival on the 1st of December, this year
2018.
